Even though Thanksgiving was yesterday we are celebrating Thanksgiving #2 today at our house! I have seen many people on Facebook list all month what they are thankful for and although that is a great idea , I believe we should be thankful everyday. So whether you post it on Facebook, write it in a journal, post it in a blog, or just simply say it out loud. Find something to be thankful for everyday!!!
Looking forward to the response to the issue coming out December 1st! I hope you guys are as excited as I am!

Let Me Introduce you to......

I want to take a moment to thank everyone for your amazing support of Entwine (formerly named Inspired Crochet). We have grown sooooo fast and after talking and discussing our options, we have brought on a permanent team member: Shari McGraw. Let me tell you, this lady is amazing!!! I asked Shari to share a little about herself and I hope that you see from the very beginning that she is a fine lady who is very passionate about her family and LOVES the creative world!
“HI! My name is Shari and I am married, am the Mother of five children, three of which are my Biological children, two who are my step children and I have two lovely daughter in laws. I am a Grandmother of 4 precious grand babies (and looking forward to many more)! I am a College Student and Member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, am fluent in Sign Language and have taught beginner level sign language classes. I have 20+ years’ experience in the medical field (Ophthalmology and Optometry). A few of my favorite past times are gardening, canning, cooking and crafting.

My husband and I are active within our church and love working with teens. I have spent some time as a short term missionary to Kenya and am planning a trip back early next year to spend a couple of months working in a clinic and an orphanage in southern Kenya. One of my plans is to teach the older girls crochet and sewing as a means of making money and helping support their families. Looking ahead, I hope to one day travel to Italy and other parts of Europe.”

I must say, this is one of the best steps that we could have taken as a team because Shari is a real go-getter and has so many awesome ideas on how to bring designers together and bring YOU some of the best patterns we can find!!! She will be heading up several things for Entwine, so if you hear from Shari (Facebook, email…etc), just know that you’re in good hands!
Thanks again for your continued support and here’s to a beautiful November! Best stitches,
Kristi Simpson
